MLC have enjoyed a mix of Yoga and Pilates classes over the years, often having up to 3 classes a week to cover the demand. We just found that it was much better to continue the classes every week with no break then people kept coming and really got into it, thats when they started to notice how much difference it was making.

Sometimes they have regular meditation classes for the year 11 and 12s around exam time. Other times they have wellness weeks offering yoga and relaxation to students. Other options are trying yoga  or pilates classes or relaxation classes  to the year 10/11 Physical education students as part of the sports program choices.
