All Pilates and Yoga classes cost $20 a casual and 10 class passes can be purchased for $170.

Anna also discovered Pilates over 14 years ago due to necessity to heal injury and instability. Pilates has not only improved her whole body strength and awareness but helped her yoga practice grow. Anna uses her background knowledge and experience of dance, martial arts, massage therapy, meditation, yoga and pilates to bring you a well balanced, varied timetable of classes to choose from.
Anna's pilates and yoga classes are very varied, and she often uses small equipment to help the participants gain a different understanding and experience for themselves.
